Kristine is a RYT 200-hour certified instructor who is passionate about yoga and has been practicing for over 15 years. Leading a very active lifestyle between mountain biking, running with her dogs, and hiking with her husband, Kristine found yoga to be the perfect medium to promote balance and flexibility. As a certified and registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance, Kristine primarily teaches vinyasa flow focusing on building strength, increasing flexibility while capturing that inner calm. Kristine's classes are infused with funky music while she attentively instills the importance of proper alignment. Using breath as a guide, Kristine hopes that through creative sequencing, each student will discover increased mobility, inner strength and peace. Don’t be surprised if you see her brown dogs practicing with her too!
